Delete your account

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. This deletes your trips, photos and reels from our servers. If you cannot open the app, email us from the address on your account.

A video failed or looks wrong

Tell us the trip name and roughly when you made the video. A video that fails to render does not use up your purchase or your free teaser.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases go through the App Store. To cancel a subscription, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Apple handles refunds atreportaproblem.apple.com.
